An Urban Pilgrimage

As we welcome the cooler rhythms of fall, we will head outside and explore the themes of expansion and contraction in the spiritual life. What might you need to let go of or embrace to find new freedom or play? How might a short contemplative walk (or pilgrimage) start you on a deeper journey? This urban pilgrimage is about hope and adventure and coming home to yourself.

We will engage in journaling, scripture, playful movement and a 40 minute urban pilgrimage walk to deepen our reflections around how the Lord might be inviting us to expansion and contraction.

We will end the time sharing over lunch and blessing one another.
